As a little work in between I have a simple panel for the substructure of the two Flugheugsitze erfertigt. From 5mm MDF cut to size and with the 50mm cup saw cut of 6 round holes. Subsequently, with RAL 7011 painted and finish with some metal parts and decals added for decoration. 
Next were two illumination units, each with 15 LED's connected to the 12-volt supply and installation below the PEDESTAL prepared left and right. assembled and put into operation, the cockpit floor illuminated subtle and gives the flight deck is a nice touch.
